The African regional seminar on participatory budgeting is a World Bank Institute initiative prepared in collaboration with UN-HABITAT and the Municipal Development Partnership for Eastern and Southern Africa (MDP-ESA). The seminar is cross-funded by the Service Development Corporation (SDC) and Affiliated Network for Social Accountability Africa (ANSA Africa). This one of a kind seminar was set up as a peer learning platform for political and administrative heads of African and Latin American governments.
